Pass Info:

  • Wristband Registration is required via mobile app.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
  • Wristbands are valid for both Saturday & Sunday.
  • Wristbands are good for one person only and may not be shared.

Order Info:

  • There is a (4) four carnival pass limit per household.
  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
  • By purchasing passes, you agree to all Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and Wristband Terms of Use.
  • Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS Camp Flog Gnaw FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.

  • There are minimum browser requirements for placing an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
  • Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party/scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions. Receipts/Order Confirmations can be faked/forged. Don’t be fooled.
  • With every Carnival pass, a $2 Sustainability Fee is included to help support the sustainability goals and initiatives of this event.

Manage Your Passes in Fanaccount:

Once you’ve purchased your passes, you can manage your order via FanAccount. There, you can do things like:

  • View order details
  • Update your shipping address
  • View your payment plan and payment schedule
  • View special offers and upgrades

Payment Plans:

Payment Plan Options

For a limited time only, put down 25%, or 50% at checkout then divide the remaining balance over equal biweekly or bimonthly payments.

  • 25% down at checkout then divide the remaining balance over 3 equal payments due June 15, June 30, and July 15. 4 payments total.
  • 50% down at checkout then divide the remaining balance over 1 equal payment due July 15. 2 payments total.

Payment Plan Details

  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 and under $3499 while supplies last.
  • Only $5 fee per installment for payment plan.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
    • Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for the Waitlist until it has been paid in full.

Missed Payments

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after your initial due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Camp Flog Gnaw credit via FanAccount.
  • Please note, the funds will expire one year from time of issuance.
    • No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

Getting Your Order Info:

  • Make sure to input a valid shipping address at time of purchase.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s). You may add, update, or change this in your AXS Camp Flog Gnaw FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline.
    • You must do this for each individual order you place.
  • Wristband shipping will begin in early to mid October and may take a few weeks to complete. Please be patient.
  • A Postage and Shipping Fee will added to each Advance Sale order:
    • $15 Postage and Shipping Fee
    • Postage and Shipping Fees will not be refunded for any reason.
      • In the event that an order cannot be shipped or there is a shipping issue, tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call.
  • Do not order for other people if you may not be able to pick up at the Will Call/Box office.
  • Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
  • Last date to update your wristband shipping address is 10/1/25.
    • Be sure to edit your order shipping address. Updating your account address does not change existing order addresses.
  • Last dates for orders to be placed and still shipped out are: 10/24/25 for International and 10/31/25 for domestic.
  • Wristbands (non-merch items) will ship via UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Advance Sale Gift ships within your wristband order.
  • Merchandise will not be available for will call pick up so please provide a valid and properly formatted shipping address.
    • It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s). You may add, update, or change this in your AXS Camp Flog Gnaw FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline.
      • You must do this for each individual order you place.
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances. No exceptions.
  • Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped due to any circumstances whatsoever (lost, stolen, errors, forgot something, dog scared the postman, alien abduction, stuck in limbo, not shipped, returned to sender, etc.) will be required to be picked up at will call by the original purchaser. No exceptions. Additional fees may apply.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed.
    • Please also check your spam folder.
    • Camp Flog Gnaw is not responsible for failed/blocked/misdelivered/bounced email delivery.
  • If you have not received your order by 11/10/25 please reach out to AXS order support to have your order set for will call.
  • Packaging is not considered part of the order and condition of packaging is not guaranteed.
  • Parking passes are AXS Mobile ID digital passes that will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the event and are scanned from your phone from the Camp Flog Gnaw or AXS mobile App.

Merch Shipping Info:

  • VIP and Super VIP merch will be shipped to purchasers separately from your admission order.
  • For Super VIP orders you will be sent a text no later than May 30 to confirm shoe size. If we do not receive a response by June 30, you will be sent a random size.
  • Merch may start shipping in early November. Please check back later to confirm timing.
  • A tracking email will be sent when your order is packed.
  • Merch will not be available for pick-up at the festival.
  • Last date to update your VIP and Super VIP merch shipping address is 10/01/25.
  • If you purchased more than one VIP/SVIP Wristband, each VIP/SVIP package will ship separately.
  • VIP/SVIP orders placed after 10/01/25 may have Merchandise shipped after the festival.
